Payment Terms & Booking Policy

Your bridal hair and makeup appointment is only confirmed once your deposit has been received.

 Booking Your Bridal Trial

To secure your bridal trial appointment, the full trial fee must be paid in advance via bank transfer.
If a second trial is requested, the full trial rate will apply again.

Securing Your Wedding Day Booking

After your trial, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total wedding day fee is required to secure your wedding day  make up and hair services.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the wedding day.


In Case of Emergency or Illness

In the unlikely event that your assigned bridal hair and makeup stylist is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to provide a trusted and experienced bridal artist from our professional bridal beauty network.

We recommend booking your trial 4–8 weeks before your wedding day, particularly if you're planning to use a fake tan or if your final bridal accessories and gown are ready. This timeframe ensures we can match your bridal makeup and hair to your completed look and accommodate seasonal skin changes (e.g.,skin can be drier in winter, than in summer).

Yes, absolutely. I have extensive experience working with brides with a wide range of skin concerns including rosacea, acne, hyperpigmentation, eczema, mature and sensitive skin. In my bridal kit, I include corrective and soothing products specially selected for skin concerns like rosacea, acne, and pigmentation—ensuring flawless coverage, long wear, and comfortable wear throughout your wedding day. Your skin’s health and confidence are my top priorities.

For bridal parties of the bride plus two or more, it’s highly recommended to book separate bridal makeup artist and hairstylist. This ensures every member of the party receives focused attention and their look is created efficiently, without compromising on quality.

If only one artist is booked for a larger group, an assistant may be required (additional fee applies) to maintain timing and the high standard of service expected on a wedding day.

For solo brides or smaller bridal parties, booking one bridal stylist who offers both makeup and hair services can be a more cost-effective.
