Payment Terms & Booking Policy
Your bridal hair and makeup appointment is only confirmed once your deposit has been received.
Booking Your Bridal Trial
To secure your bridal trial appointment, the full trial fee must be paid in advance via bank transfer.
If a second trial is requested, the full trial rate will apply again.
Securing Your Wedding Day Booking
After your trial, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total wedding day fee is required to secure your wedding day make up and hair services.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the wedding day.
In Case of Emergency or Illness
In the unlikely event that your assigned bridal hair and makeup stylist is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to provide a trusted and experienced bridal artist from our professional bridal beauty network.
